Shipping is complimentary and sent via Canada Post for all Canadian Orders. Shipping times vary between 2-7 business days. Orders are always expedited. Shipping is insured, tracked, and a signature is required from the recipient to prevent theft. We ship our packages in discrete packaging that does not explicitly have our logo to prevent spoiling any surprises and to prevent theft.

Due to the nature of shipping high-value items, import delays are often expected. Please take this into account when planning your proposal timelines.
USA IMPORTATION, DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS:
All USA clients are responsible to cover all duties, tariffs, and taxes that are set in-place by the US government. The duty percentage can vary, and we are not responsible if the duties increase or change. Please stay up-to-date on the USA's import rules and regulations. Olive Branch Jewelry is not responsible to cover the tariffs, or provide any sort of refund or compensation if the consumer decides to not pay the import taxes when notified to do so.
Orders exceeding 3000 CAD will be required to fill-out an importation form as per the USA's laws and regulations for import. The form is sent by Fedex via email straight to the email address of the recipient.
