Shipping is complimentary and sent via Canada Post for all Canadian Orders. Shipping times vary between 2-7 business days. Orders are always expedited. Shipping is insured, tracked, and a signature is required from the recipient to prevent theft. We ship our packages in discrete packaging that does not explicitly have our logo to prevent spoiling any surprises and to prevent theft.

USA IMPORTATION, DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS:
All USA clients are responsible to cover all duties, tariffs, and taxes that are set in-place by the US government. Due to the newly implamented tariffs, engagement rings are expected to recieve a 50% import tax upon entering into the US. This percentage can vary, we are not responsible if the duties exceed the suggested 50%. Please stay up-to-date on the USA's import rules and regulations. Olive Branch Jewelry is not responsible to cover the tariffs, or provide any sort of refund or compensation if the consumer decides to not pay the import taxes when notified to do so.
Orders exceeding 3000 CAD will be required to fill-out an importation form as per the USA's laws and regulations for import. The form is sent by Fedex via email straight to the email address of the recipient.
