All Olive Branch Jewelry engagement rings, wedding bands, and anniversary bands include a complimentary two-part coverage plan.
The Basic Coverage Plan is valid for 365 days from the date you receive your ring. Once this period ends, coverage automatically transitions to our Lifetime Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty & Care Plan.
Basic Coverage Plan (First 365 Days)
In addition to all services listed under the Lifetime Limited Warranty & Care Plan, the Basic Coverage Plan includes the following benefits:
Centre Stone Replacement
• One complimentary replacement of a lost centre stone
• Excludes fraudulent removal, trauma, accidents, harsh wear, or misshapen settings
The ring must be in like-new condition and show no evidence of pried prongs, tool marks, bent settings, or excessive wear. Eligibility is determined solely by our professional jewellers, who reserve the right to refuse service.
Accent Stone Replacement
• One complimentary replacement per accent stone
• Subject to the same exclusions and condition requirements listed above
Eligibility is determined at the discretion of our professional jewellers.
Complimentary Ring Resizing
• One free resize up or down by a maximum of two full ring sizes
Resizing beyond two sizes is not offered, as it compromises the structural integrity of the ring.
Complimentary Prong Repair
• One complimentary prong repair per prong
• Includes tightening or re-tipping
The ring must retain a like-new shape with no signs of trauma, harsh wear, or significant bending. Each prong repair may only be redeemed once.
Lifetime Limited Warranty & Care Plan
Professional Cleaning
Our jewellers will determine the safest cleaning method for your jewelry, which may include ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning, and/or detailed hand-cleaning for hard-to-reach areas and soft stones.
Professional Polishing & Finish Maintenance
Polishing removes light surface scratches to restore a high-polish, like-new appearance.
Finish maintenance restores original finishes such as matte, satin, hammered, or specialty textures. Deep scratches and abrasions cannot be removed.
Professional Assessments
Complimentary professional assessments to evaluate the condition of your jewelry and identify any required or future maintenance.
Manufacturing Defects
We will replace settings affected by manufacturing defects such as pits or porosity resulting from the casting process. These defects typically appear early and can be readily identified by a professional jeweller.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, stone loss, theft, or product loss. We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry through a third-party insurance provider.
Claiming Your Coverage
Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from Olive Branch Jewelry for all cleaning, polishing, assessments, and warranty services.

Shipping Label Fees
Canadian Clients: $50 CAD (round-trip labels included)
International Clients: $100 CAD (round-trip labels included)
International clients are responsible for all import/export duties and taxes, billed separately from shipping fees.
Warranty Disclaimer & Care Guidelines
Our jewelry is crafted from precious metals, which are inherently soft and require proper care. While designed for everyday wear, these pieces will not withstand harsh wear, trauma, or accidents.
We recommend annual professional inspections to maintain structural integrity, prevent stone loss, and preserve a like-new appearance. Routine maintenance such as prong tightening, re-tipping, soldering, or other repairs may be required over time.
Care Guidelines
• Do not wear jewelry while swimming, using hot tubs, exercising, gardening, baking, or cleaning
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, which may cause metal brittleness
• Avoid strong impacts or gripping hard objects, which can bend settings and loosen stones
Warranty Void Conditions
• Repairs are not covered if the ring is warped or misshapen due to harsh wear
• Any service or modification performed by a third-party jeweller will immediately void the warranty
• Olive Branch Jewelry cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for third-party work
