USA-WIDE SHIPPING:

USA IMPORTATION, DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS:

As of August 19th 2026, the USA has implemented new tariffs on
goods imported by US citizens. The new imposed tariff is 50% of the total value
of the items purchased, including USMCA compliant goods. USA clients are
responsible to cover all associated importation fees.

All USA clients are responsible to cover all duties, tariffs, and taxes
that are set in-place by the US government. All Olive Branch Jewelry pieces are
compliant with USMCA exemptions and therefore discounted duties and taxes are
applicable. You could expect a charge of 10-15% of the total value of the items
purchased to be charged upon importing your order. This percentage can vary, we
are not responsible if the duties exceed the suggested 15%. Please stay up to
date on the USA's import rules and regulations.

Orders exceeding 3000 CAD will be required to fill-out an importation
form as per the USA's laws and regulations for import. The form is sent by
Fedex via email straight to the email address of the recipient. The form is
